PairD is a UK property platform connecting homeowners who want to sell directly with people looking to buy a home. Sellers can create property listings with photos and details, while buyers can browse properties, communicate directly with owners and arrange viewings. Identity checks are used before direct contact. PairD provides the online marketplace and messaging tools: it is not an estate agent, conveyancer, solicitor, mortgage broker or a party to the transaction. Eligible first seller listings receive 30 days free; afterwards, continued public listing is £100 per property for each 30-day period, with no commission on completion.
