Walk: W / ↑ moves forward, S / ↓ moves back, A / D or ← / → turns. Hold SHIFT to run.
Drive: Walk up to your vehicle and press E or ACTION. Use the same controls to drive. S / ↓ brakes and reverses.
Jobs: Drive through the gold mission marker. There are five delivery jobs before free roam.
Garage: Press G or use Garage to unlock and select vehicles with city cash earned from jobs.
Businesses: Walk to a business marker, press E / ACTION and buy it if you have enough city cash. Owned businesses pay income each in-game day.
Police: High-speed collisions and reckless driving can raise a wanted level. Lose the police long enough and the stars cool down; get caught and you pay an in-game city-cash fine.
Side jobs: Use Jobs or press J to start taxi, courier or street-race work. Follow the blue side-job marker.
Career: Use Career or press C to view your rank, XP, hidden JASOTO tokens and achievements. Jobs, races and discoveries earn XP.
JASOTO tokens: Eight glowing J tokens are hidden across the four districts. Drive or walk over one to collect it.
Homes & character: Use Life or press L to choose an outfit and manage houses. Owned homes provide discounted vehicle repair.
Vehicle damage: Collisions reduce vehicle condition and performance. Repair in the garage, or more cheaply at an owned home.
Districts: Central, Riverside, Harbour, North Quarter, Eastside and West Park appear on the HUD and mini-map.
Fuel: Driving uses fuel. Visit the Fuel Hub marker and open Services to refill with city cash.
Tuning: The Tuning Centre sells three levels of engine, grip and efficiency upgrades for each owned vehicle.
Style shop: Two extra outfits can be unlocked at the Style Store, then selected from Life.
Locals: Walk up to marked local characters and press E / ACTION to talk. Each local can offer a small one-off errand.
City places: Hospital restores health, the police station lets you settle an active city fine, the dealership sells premium vehicles, and Market Hall is an enterable shop interior.
Bigger map: Eastside and West Park extend the city beyond the original four districts.
Weather: Auto weather changes through clear, rain and fog. Use Weather to override it if you want a specific condition.
Headlights: Headlights switch on automatically at night, in rain and fog. Press H or use Lights to cycle Auto, On and Off.
Economy: Open Economy or press M to see city net worth, passive income and upgrade owned businesses to increase their daily income.
Local stories: Malik, Sofia and Elena now each have a three-stage story chain. Return to them after completing each stage.
Vehicle paint: Visit JASOTO Motors to repaint any owned vehicle in one of six colours using city cash.
Hotel & restaurant: The Eastside Grand Hotel can advance to the next morning and restore health; Riverside Bistro sells meals that restore health.
Showroom: JASOTO Motors now has an animated vehicle display that previews the vehicle or paint colour you are viewing.
City Phone: Open Phone or press F to see messages and start timed contracts from businesses you own.
Business contracts: Collect the goods, deliver them before the timer expires, and earn city cash, career XP and business reputation.
Staff: The Economy screen now lets you hire two staff levels for each owned business. Staff and reputation increase passive daily income.
Daily challenge: The City Phone gives one rotating challenge per in-game day. Finish the required jobs and claim city cash plus career XP. Consecutive claimed city days build a streak.
GPS: The City Phone can set a waypoint to the garage, city places, and any business or home you own. Active jobs always take priority over a manual waypoint.
Traffic lights: Six major junctions now cycle red and green. AI traffic stops at red lights and speeding through a red can raise your wanted level.
Radio: Use Radio or press R to cycle Off, Drive FM, Nightwave and City Pulse. The stations use simple original generated synth tones — no licensed music.
Horn: Press Space while driving to sound the vehicle horn.
Bus route: Start Bus Route from Jobs and drive through five stops in order for a larger service reward.
Roadside recovery: Reach the stranded vehicle, attach the recovery automatically, then return it to the JASOTO Garage.
City Alerts: The City Phone offers one rotating live alert per in-game city day. Accept it when you are not already on another timed or story job.
Fleet: Use Fleet to store owned vehicles at the main garage or at homes you own. Making a stored vehicle active moves the playable car to that storage location.
Service licences: Taxi, courier, bus, recovery and parking work level up from Starter to Licensed, Expert and Elite. Higher licence levels increase those job rewards up to 15%.
Road incidents: One incident rotates each in-game day. Roadworks, flooding and oil spills reduce speed or grip inside the marked incident zone.
Service Depot: Reach Licensed level in Taxi, Recovery or Bus work to unlock the matching specialist vehicle at the JASOTO Service Depot.
Specialist vehicles: Using the Taxi, Recovery Truck or City Bus on its matching job gives an extra reward bonus on top of the service-licence bonus.
Mileage: Every owned vehicle keeps its own odometer in miles. Fleet shows mileage, condition, fuel and storage location.
Servicing: Vehicles have a 20-mile service interval. The Fleet screen shows miles until service and service-history count. Visit the JASOTO Service Depot to service the active vehicle.
Reliability: Going well beyond the service interval gradually reduces performance. Servicing resets the interval and slightly improves vehicle condition.
Tyres: Tyres wear gradually with mileage. Worn tyres reduce grip, especially in rain and on slippery road incidents. Replace them at Turbo Works.
Car wash: Driving builds dirt, faster in rain. Visit JASOTO Car Wash to restore the active vehicle to 100% cleanliness.
Roadworthiness: The Service Depot offers an in-game roadworthiness inspection. A pass lasts 30 vehicle miles and checks condition, tyres and overdue servicing.
Breakdowns: Extremely low condition, critically worn tyres or very overdue servicing can stop the vehicle. Open Assistance for a roadside fix or tow to the Service Depot.
Assistance: Roadside fix gets the vehicle moving again; towing relocates the vehicle and player to the Service Depot for full repairs, tyres, servicing or inspection.
Mechanical damage: Engine, brakes and suspension now have separate condition. Collisions and mileage wear them at different rates.
Driving effects: Engine wear reduces acceleration and top speed, brake wear increases stopping distance, and suspension wear reduces grip.
Parts repair: The Service Depot can repair engine, brakes or suspension individually, or overhaul all three together. Roadworthiness inspections also check mechanical components.
Precision parking: Start the parking job, drive into the highlighted bay, slow below 3 mph and hold still for two seconds.
Impound: If police stop you at the maximum 3-star wanted level, the selected vehicle is impounded. Release it from the Garage with in-game city cash.
Pedestrians: People now react to nearby moving vehicles and the horn by moving away from the road danger.
Exit vehicle: Press E or ACTION while stopped or moving slowly.
