Christmas questions
How much is a Santa video?
A personalised eight-second video is £3.99, paid once with no subscription. Free Santa text chat is separate. No JASOTO account is needed to buy a video.
Will Santa say the name and show it on a gift?
Yes. The name is spoken in the English video and appears on the gift label. Please review pronunciation expectations and the exact script before paying.
What is a personalised video?
An AI-created eight-second festive greeting with the name you choose. The current recorded voice is only in English, even when the website uses another language.
Can I download and share it?
Yes. Download the MP4 within 30 days and share the saved file privately with friends or family.
Is the free Santa chat a live video call?
No. It is an AI text conversation with optional device read-aloud. An adult must sign in and stay present. The paid video is a separate service.
What information is needed?
Enter a name, greeting and video format. For a fictional flyover, add only a town or city and a time. Never share a street address, school, birthday, photo or contact details. Stripe handles payment.
What if video creation fails?
We request a refund to the original payment method. Contact JASOTO with your order number if you need help. AI video creation can take several minutes.
