Your personalised Santa video

One eight-second AI Santa MP4 costs £3.99, with no subscription. The current video voice is English only. Choose a recipient name, greeting and portrait or landscape format. Fictional flyover greetings also use a town or city and timing. Review the actual English script before paying. AI pronunciation, timing and appearance can vary. This is fictional entertainment, not live Santa tracking.

Payment, delivery and refunds

Stripe handles payment. By ordering, you ask us to begin generating your digital video immediately after payment. It can take several minutes. If generation fails, we request a refund to the original payment method. For any problem, contact JASOTO with the order number. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personal information

A parent, guardian or authorised adult aged 18 or over must approve the video. No JASOTO account is needed to order. Stripe collects the buyer's email at checkout; save your private order link after payment. We send the greeting, chosen name and any town or city to fal.ai and its video provider. Do not provide photos, street addresses, schools, birthdays, contact details or sensitive information. We store videos privately and use time-limited download links. Anyone with the full private order link can access the video; share the downloaded file instead.

For multilingual spoken videos, ElevenLabs through fal.ai generates Santa's approved message audio and Sync Lipsync aligns it with the video. The services process the approved greeting and media needed to create it.

Download within 30 days and keep your own copy. Scheduled cleanup deletes expired videos and personalisation. Payment references may be kept for accounting, refunds and support. Name and town are removed from our order record after successful storage or a refund; the spoken name remains in the video. Providers have their own retention terms.

Talking to AI Santa

Santa chat is fictional AI text entertainment, not a live video call. A parent or guardian must sign in and remain present. Each parent account gets up to 10 messages a day. Recent messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies and perform safety checks, with response storage disabled. The provider may still keep security and abuse-monitoring records. Conversation text stays in the current browser tab, and JASOTO tracks daily usage. Optional voice playback uses your device's speech service, if available, under its privacy terms.

A grown-up must review AI replies, which may be wrong. Santa never needs your address or school and cannot promise gifts. You can clear the conversation at any time.
